In 1983, my parents, Gary and Diana Ross founded Highwave, a drink wear company. Inspired by his love for the ocean and time spent surfing, my dad designed hundreds of innovative solutions—one of which was the world’s first travel mug.
Growing up, my brother Griffin and I spent nights at the dinner table dreaming up new ideas with our parents. There was never any pressure to "grow up"—instead, we were encouraged to have fun, think as big as the blue sky, and, most importantly, pursue what we love.
I watched my parents create products that truly made a difference in people's lives. Decades later, after getting my dog Rishi, my world shifted. The joy and connection he brought me was life-changing, but I quickly realized that pet products felt outdated and uninspired.
That’s why I started Springer—to create smart solutions for dog parents. And today, I feel incredibly lucky to bring these ideas to life alongside my family
